Questions and purpose
Wow,
now we are all so close to meet in the beautiful burren, I come along writing also a small part concerning our gathering.
The last 10 days we (Antje, Barry and me) have been full of work and thoughts concerning our time together in irland.
Looking over all the ideas, stories and questions you wrote, I am fascinated and looking forward to meet you all next week.
What keeps me going concerning the U, is that I feel that this sometthing relevant. Not because all this is totally new, but especially because it meets our time and our questions, locally and globally. I think my biggest interest is to explore the theory and the social techniques more
further, together with colleagues, and to find answers on how we can use this, or better how can prepare the ground and bring this into
practice in the profit and non profit world (language, time issue, attitude) The more detailed questions are, how can we work with presencing techniques in areas like strategy, teamdevelopment, leadership development, coaching and organisational change programs.
I share the tought of Michael to explore also the limitations of the U work in a critical manner, and may be to think about what has to be modified and extended. We will see...
I am looking very much forward to explore this with you and listen to your experiences.
